PANORAMA DES PROGRAMMES D’AIDE AUX CHERCHEURS PRESENTATION OF AID PROGRAMS TO RESEARCHERS
Le 22 mai à l’Hémicycle du Conseil régional, Genopole a dressé pour la première fois le bilan de ses actions de soutien à la recherche menées depuis 20 ans. Des témoignages de bénéficiaires ont illustré les deux dispositifs, allocations post-doctorales de retour en France et ATIGEs (Actions thématiques incitatives de Genopole). La conférence a aussi présenté les outils nationaux et européens de financement (ANR, Région Île-de-France, Horizon 2020). L’aide à la recherche est un axe fort de la politique d’attractivité de Genopole.
Genopole presented for the first time the sum of its actions to support research over the past 20 years, at a conference at the amphitheater of the Regional Council. The advantages of the Postdoctoral Repatriation Allocation Program and the ATIGEs (Genopole Thematic Actions Incentives) grants were explained by their beneficiaries. Other national and European financing opportunities (from the National Research Agency, the Île-de-France Region, Horizon 2020) were also presented. Aid for research is a cornerstone of Genopole's attraction policy.

GENOPOLE REÇOIT LE LABEL BRONZE DES CLUSTERS D’EXCELLENCE GENOPOLE RECEIVES ECEI BRONZE LABEL
En juin 2018, l’Initiative européenne pour l’excellence des clusters (ECEI) a décerné à Genopole le Label Bronze européen, qui certifie son excellence en matière d’organisation, de gouvernance et de services aux acteurs du biocluster.
In June, Genopole was awarded the Bronze Label of the European Cluster Excellence Initiative (ECEI), certifying its preeminence in terms of organization, governance and services provided to the biocluster's labs and companies.

D’UN CLUSTER CHINOIS
GENOPOLE PARTNERS WITH A CHINESE BIOCLUSTER
Associé à une délégation du Conseil départemental de l’Essonne, Jean-Marc Grognet s’est rendu en mai en Chine et notamment à Wuhan, ville gigantesque située dans la province de Hubei. C’est à Wuhan que l’État chinois a construit Biolake, un vaste cluster spécialisé dans le développement et la commercialisation de nouvelles biothérapies. Le 4 mai, Jean-Marc Grognet a signé un accord de partenariat avec Biolake, pour offrir des opportunités de collaborations de recherche ou commerciales entre entreprises génopolitaines et entreprises chinoises.
Jean-Marc Grognet and a delegation from the Essonne Departmental Council traveled to China, and more specifically the immense city of Wuhan, in the province of Hubei. Wuhan is home to Biolake, a vast cluster built by the Chinese State for the development and commercialization of novel biotherapies. The CEO of Genopole signed a partnership agreement with Biolake, enabling opportunities for research or commercial collaborations between Chinese and Genopole entities.

Jean-Marc Grognet et Christian Saguez, président de Teratec, pôle européen de compétence en simulation numérique haute performance situé à Bruyères-le-Châtel (Essonne), ont signé le 19 juin une convention marquant un rapprochement stratégique sur les plans scientifiques, technologiques, économiques...
Jean-Marc Grognet and Christian Saguez, president of Teratec, signed a convention for strategic rapport in scientific, technological, economic and other matters. Teratec is a European pole of competence in high-performance digital simulation located in Bruyères-le-Châtel (Essonne).
